Terms of participation

The conditions that apply when you browse this site, reserve training, or attend a Platform Portcore session.

Acceptance and scope

By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms. Platform Portcore provides educational workshops, chart reviews, and practice labs. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised date and will provide direct notice where a confirmed booking is materially affected.

Education, not investment advice

All charts, commentary, exercises, and examples are educational. They are not personalized investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, portfolio management, or a guarantee. Markets involve substantial risk, including loss of capital. You remain responsible for research, trades, accounts, taxes, and professional advice.

Bookings and conduct

A booking is confirmed only when we accept it in writing and any stated payment is received. You must provide accurate contact information, arrive prepared, avoid recording others without consent, and refrain from disruptive or abusive behavior. We may remove a participant whose conduct materially interferes with the session, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property

Platform Portcore owns its original exercise sheets, teaching text, diagrams, and site content. A paid participant receives a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for private study. Reproduction, resale, public upload, or delivery as another course requires written permission. You retain rights in charts and notes you create.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care in delivering sessions but cannot promise uninterrupted site access, specific market coverage, or learning and financial outcomes. To the extent permitted by Georgian law, liability for a paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution by contacting contact@platform-portcore.world. Courts with jurisdiction in Tbilisi, Georgia will hear unresolved disputes, without removing any mandatory consumer rights.
