Who this workshop is for

This session suits self-directed traders who understand candlesticks and basic order types but find their charts crowded with horizontal lines. It is especially useful if you mark levels differently each week, enter inside untested zones without a plan, or cannot explain why one reaction area deserves more weight than another.

It is not an introduction to brokerage accounts, a signal room, or a promise of profitable trades. We do not tell participants what to buy or sell.

What we work through

We begin with a clean higher-timeframe chart and identify visible swing highs, swing lows, bases, and decisive departures. The group then compares line versus zone placement, tests how many touches remain meaningful, and examines role reversal where prior resistance begins acting as support.

The second half introduces confluence without clutter: market structure, round prices, gaps, and volume are considered only when they improve the reading. A blind-chart drill prevents hindsight from deciding where the “obvious” levels were.

By the end, you will have:

  • a written checklist for selecting and ranking zones;
  • an annotated chart with primary, secondary, and invalidated areas;
  • a scenario sheet separating reaction, break, and retest possibilities;
  • a review routine for removing levels that no longer carry information.

Session flow

  1. Structure first — 35 minutes. Read swings before drawing.
  2. Zone construction — 45 minutes. Decide boundaries and rank evidence.
  3. Break and role reversal — 35 minutes. Separate acceptance from a brief probe.
  4. Blind-chart exercise — 45 minutes. Map without seeing the later outcome.
  5. Review and questions — 20 minutes. Defend choices and record corrections.

There is one ten-minute break. The workshop is taught by Maia Lomidze, a market educator focused on discretionary chart reading and trading-journal practice.

Preparation and boundaries

Bring a charged laptop, access to your preferred charting service, and one liquid market you regularly watch. Send no account passwords, brokerage statements, or identity documents. Examples may include equities, currencies, indices, or major digital assets, but the mapping method—not a forecast—is the subject.

Workshop material is educational. No particular result is guaranteed, and all trading decisions remain your responsibility.

Reserving a place
