Workshops and weekly labs
A full refund is available when you cancel at least seven calendar days before an in-person workshop, or 48 hours before an online mapping lab. Later cancellation receives a 50% refund when notice is given at least 24 hours before start. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable because the group place can no longer reasonably be filled.
Instead of a refund, you may request one transfer to another available date if notice arrives at least 24 hours before the session. A transferred place cannot be transferred again.
Private chart reviews
A private review may be rescheduled once without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. If analysis of submitted charts has not begun, cancellation at least 48 hours before the meeting receives a full refund. After written confirmation that chart analysis has begun, 40% of the fee is non-refundable for work already completed; the remainder may be refunded. Missed appointments and cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Platform Portcore
If we cancel and cannot provide a suitable replacement date, you receive a full refund. If a session is interrupted by a failure under our control and less than half is delivered, we offer rescheduling or a proportional refund. We are not responsible for participant device, charting-account, or internet failures, but will make reasonable efforts to help you rejoin.
Requesting and receiving a refund
Email contact@platform-portcore.world with the booking name, session, date, and reason. Do not include card numbers or brokerage information. We acknowledge requests within two business days and communicate the decision in writing.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven business days after approval; banks may require additional processing time. Cash payments are returned by an agreed traceable method after identity is reasonably matched to the booking.
Materials, exceptions, and rights
Printed exercise packs already collected are not separately refundable. There are no physical products, software subscriptions, or trading deposits. Purchased venue or accessibility arrangements made specifically at your written request may be deducted only where disclosed in advance and not recoverable.
Documented emergencies may be considered individually even outside standard deadlines. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under Georgian law. Last updated: 17 August 2026.
