Privacy notice

What information Platform Portcore collects, why it is needed, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you.

Controller and information collected

Platform Portcore is the controller of personal data submitted through this website. Contact: contact@platform-portcore.world. We collect the name, email, session selection, optional experience range and preferred date, and message you submit. For confirmed bookings we may also retain payment status, attendance, correspondence, and accessibility requests you choose to share.

Do not send brokerage passwords, account statements, government identifiers, health records unrelated to access needs, or trading-account access.

We use information to answer inquiries, arrange and deliver sessions, maintain transaction records, handle cancellations, protect site security, and meet legal obligations. The basis may be steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, or consent where specifically requested.

Retention and disclosure

Unconverted inquiries are generally deleted after 12 months. Booking and payment records are retained for up to six years where needed for accounting or legal claims. Workshop preparation files are deleted within 90 days after the session unless continued review is requested. We disclose only what is necessary to hosting, email, payment, accounting, and professional advisers, or public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Georgia. Where this occurs, we assess the provider and use contractual or other lawful safeguards appropriate to the destination. Details of relevant safeguards may be requested by email.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy, and may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. We may verify the request proportionately. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Security and updates

We use access controls and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transfer is completely secure. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified directly. Last updated: 17 August 2026. See our cookie notice for browser storage details.
